The Role
We are recruiting a Casual Security Officer to join our Wodonga team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our clients' properties, providing exceptional customer service, and responding to emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- General security duties, including patrols, lockups, and responding to emergencies
- Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Requirements
- Current Victorian Security Licence and First Aid Certificate
- Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating rosters
- Experience in a healthcare environment (highly desirable)
- Good level of physical fitness and ability to work in high-pressure environments
