Job Description

As a Sales Administrator at Cummins Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting local project managers with project invoicing claims and processing supplier purchase orders and invoices. You will also be responsible for managing sales forecasts with the sales team, handling dealer and sales team holds, and assisting with monthly finance report management and submission. Additionally, you will process supplier invoices, prepare monthly sales commission claims, submit new vendor requests where required, and assist with collating South Pacific invoicing data for quarterly forecast submission by finance. Furthermore, you will provide weekly updates on invoicing data and movements for finance and assist with collating USD values for invoicing to aid finance with balance sheet hedging.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have strong SAP experience, which is essential. Sales Force experience is preferred, and Movex experience would be an advantage. You must be able to communicate effectively, develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. You should be action-oriented, taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Additionally, you should have a customer focus, building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. Finally, you should ensure accountability, holding yourself and others accountable to meet commitments.
