Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Assistant to join our team. This role will provide comprehensive administrative services to our Residential Aged Care Centre.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide professional reception services during core business hours, ensuring prompt responses to enquires and requests.
  • Maintain effective administrative systems for producing correspondence, reports, and filing, guaranteeing accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Administer financial processes, including receipting resident fees and charges, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Coordinate office management functions, including ordering supplies and preparing for events, optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
  • Assist with staff training, meetings, events, and day-to-day tasks, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in Aged Care or Health.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to establish effective administrative systems, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills and working relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
