Job Opportunity: Partnerships Coach

This role is a dynamic opportunity for individuals to make a difference in the lives of people with disability, injury or health conditions. As a Partnerships Coach, you will be working closely with clients to explore their career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment.

You will understand their strengths and aspirations, offering tailored coaching, linking them to opportunities, and collaborating with employers to open doors. This is a fast-paced, people-focused environment where energy, empathy, and outcomes matter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health conditions.
  • Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote services supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Champion values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services - desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License - essential
