About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in our existing client base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication and account planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique business needs.
- Work closely with the broader sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and new business development strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both within existing clients and through targeted prospecting efforts.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of customer solutions.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are responsive, professional, and solution-focused.
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of the software industry and its key trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
