Our organization is looking for a highly skilled professional to take on a key role in shaping the trading environment and client experience. This position involves ensuring that our clients consistently enjoy competitive pricing and trading conditions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing clients, handling requests, feedback, and queries promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to existing clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including sales, support, marketing, finance, engineering, operations, and compliance.
  • Engage with clients and third-party providers to drive business growth.
  • Support the sales team and account managers with various tasks throughout the sales process.
  • Provide technical assistance to help clients resolve platform-related issues.
  • Participate in and support promotional events to enhance the client experience.
  • Manage company social media accounts and respond to client inquiries.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by following up on feedback and assisting the sales team in nurturing long-term collaborations.
  • Contribute to achieving KPI targets and support business growth by handling other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • Professional problem solver who is honest, reliable, and a strong team player.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Capable of performing well under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with team collaboration abilities and cross-departmental coordination skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is beneficial.
