We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales for our products and services. This role involves providing exceptional service across all communication channels, building relationships with new clients, and expanding knowledge about the markets and FX industry.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in driving sales by promoting and selling our products and services.
- Independently use strong sales skills to identify and generate client pipelines.
- Build and nurture relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Expand knowledge about the markets, FX industry, and our platforms and products.
- Strive to achieve team and individual metrics, contributing to overall success.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
- Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
- At least one year of experience in the Forex industry. Previous exposure to customer-focused environments would be advantageous.
- Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers. Strong communication skills are essential.
- Strong ownership of responsibilities, proactive in addressing challenges, and displaying a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent overall communication abilities, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences.
- Proficiency in English is highly preferred.
