Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Customer Success professional to partner with our clients in Australia, ensuring their long-term success.

The ideal candidate will develop trusting relationships with key business executives and stakeholders, providing strategic insights based on client performance and market trends. They will liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client requests, coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, focusing on C-level interactions.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports analyzing client KPIs.
  • Support client strategic, marketing, and operational decisions based on internal knowledge and best practices.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Australia.
  • Minimum 2 years in Account Management or similar roles.
  • Prior B2B experience in software, logistics, or SaaS companies preferred.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, and/or MBA preferable.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels, including executive and C-level.
