About the Role

This is a key position focusing on client relationships, collaboration with partner institutions and channels to achieve desired outcomes, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing operations through teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Converting phone and walk-in enquiries into cases for successful resolution.
  • Providing expert advice and information on multiple professional areas to clients, addressing their needs effectively.
  • Collaborating with legal, finance, and migration teams to deliver high-quality services, ensuring seamless experiences for clients.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales and activity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in B2C consulting services in education, migration, or real estate, with proven track records of success.
  • Proficient knowledge of Australian Qualification Framework and visa system, enabling informed guidance to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, fostering effective partnerships and client satisfaction.
  • Bilingual communication skills, particularly in Mandarin or Cantonese, are highly valued.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, commitment to solutions, self-motivation, and ability to work independently, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Proven willingness to learn and genuine interest in the migration spectrum, staying updated on industry developments.
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia, allowing full participation in company activities.
