About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will report to the Sales and Marketing Director and be responsible for managing the presentation of display suites, providing exceptional sales service to incoming buyers, maintaining the database platform, and optimizing online listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for valuation inspections and provide reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director
- Curate tailored listings for projects and conduct display opens
- Assist with design, product mix, pricing, and strategy
- Review and optimize online listings to ensure information and pricing is accurate
- Provide reports from display opens, weekly lead enquiry reports, and attend weekly sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team
- Work closely with the Settlement Manager during settlements
- Ensure the standard and cleanliness of display suites are maintained with feedback provided
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Availability for weekend work (Mon/Tues off)
- Victorian Agents Rep Certificate
- A current drivers license
- Experience using SalesForce advantageous
- Possess exceptional personal presentation
