ClickView, a leading educational video company, seeks a skilled Salesforce Administrator to lead the implementation and enhancement of our Salesforce platform.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Administrator with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform to evaluate our current setup against our objectives and drive successful implementations and enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate ClickView's current Salesforce setup against our objectives and identify areas for improvement
  • Drive successful implementations and enhancements of the Salesforce platform
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand and analyze current processes, needs, and goals of various departments within ClickView
  • Determine what can be improved to achieve desired outcomes and ensure optimal performance of the Salesforce platform
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze data requirements and contribute to strategies for data migration into Salesforce
  • Collaborate on integration projects to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems
  • Define reporting requirements and work with stakeholders to create meaningful reports and dashboards within Salesforce
  • Assist in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions to ensure that stakeholders understand how to effectively use Salesforce
  • Contribute to change management efforts to drive user adoption
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce environment
  • Stay informed about new Salesforce features and updates, providing recommendations for leveraging these advancements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment
  • Extensive experience in the build, customization, administration, and maintenance of Salesforce systems
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
  • In-depth technical understanding of object data models, data schemas, and relational databases
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support, with an ability to relay technical information
