Job Description

Salesforce Administrator is a pivotal role at Link Corporate Markets where you will play a crucial part in enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce platform.

As a Junior Salesforce Administrator, your primary focus will be on user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solutions that prioritize user satisfaction. You will be responsible for gathering requirements from users and stakeholders, monitoring adoption rates, and making necessary configuration changes to ensure seamless user experiences.

  • User and license management, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
  • User support tickets, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Gathering requirements from users and stakeholders to inform platform enhancements.
  • Monitoring and encouraging user adoption of Salesforce features.
  • Making configuration changes to improve platform functionality, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.

Requirements

  • Hands-on administration experience with Sales Cloud, with knowledge of Salesforce product fundamentals.
  • Desirable skills: Salesforce CPQ and Service Cloud knowledge, Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • A proactive attitude towards platform enhancements, with a focus on implementing best practice solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for continued professional development, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
