Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality drinks.
  • Implement and maintain our bar systems and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Train and develop our bar staff to meet Hot Tamale's high standards.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of our menu and drinks offerings.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe bar environment.
  • Supervise and train food and beverage attendants of a lower grade.
  • Take drink orders and prepare a range of cocktails and syrups.
  • Clean bar areas and monitor cleaning schedules.
  • Place bar orders with suppliers and the kitchen.
  • Cash handling and till balancing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a good bar, with a strong understanding of flavors.
  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience in a bar or restaurant (table service, high volume).
  • 12-month commitment to the venue.
  • Natural great customer service.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $60,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year.
  • Visa sponsorship.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment.

How to Apply:

  • Applicants must be able to commute or relocate to Darwin, NT 0800.
  • Applicants must be able to work a rotating roster, including 10 hour and 8 hour shifts.
