Assistant Manager Opportunity

Join our dynamic team at the Palmerston Tavern, a modern and fresh hotel with a friendly atmosphere. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, and staff recruitment and rostering.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to achieve financial and business targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, particularly in food, bars, and gaming.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Operational expertise to support the Venue Manager in achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Current industry licenses and accreditation, including gaming license, RSA/RSG/RCG.
