Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at an ALH venue in the NORTHERN TERRITORY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, and staff recruitment and rostering
  • Drive business growth through creative initiatives and a passion for good food and creating memorable moments for guests
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial and business targets
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail, with a focus on food, bars, and gaming
  • Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Current industry RSA, RSG, and Approved Manager qualifications
