About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Strategy Lead to drive our marketing efforts forward. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • E nsure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including video and photo editing.
  • Campaign reporting and analysis to inform future strategy.
  • Maintain a social media content calendar and monitor comments and activity.
  • Measure social media analytics, including Facebook Advertising and Google.
  • Update website content, including SEO.
  • Copywriting and content creation for internal publications.
  • Support Workplace by Meta campaigns and on-site video and photography shoots.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Communications, Media, or Marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
