As Director of Digital Marketing at Foundation, you will manage a team of marketing strategists and specialists to research & create digital strategies as well as support our service department's ability to execute those strategies. You need to be good with people, presentation, and management — able to provide strategic and tactical insight in a way that our C-suite clients can understand and our team can act upon.
What the successful candidate will be doing: Managing the strategy team members to support the successful delivery of ideas, optimizations and strategic recommendations that allow our clients to achieve their digital marketing goals.
Lead high-value client engagements, serving as the primary strategic advisor and driving the development of full-funnel marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that deliver measurable results and exceed client expectations.
Provide oversight and step in to support clients, delivering high-value expertise and a professional perspective to ensure any issue is dealt with promptly and entirely.
