Job Title: Regional Coordinator

The role involves coordinating and visiting a small cluster of services in Brisbane and surrounding areas, working closely with service teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.

  • Monitor service quality and provide support to resolve issues or challenges.
  • Serve as a liaison between parents, educators, and management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. children's services, social services, education, business administration).
  • Prior experience in coordinating multiple services or programs advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
