Job Overview:

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to coordinate and manage small clusters of OSHC services in Brisbane. As a Regional Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of programs and services, managing service coordinators staff, and monitoring service quality.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating small clusters of OSHC services
  • Managing service coordinators staff to ensure effective delivery of programs and services
  • Monitoring service quality and providing support to resolve any issues or challenges
  • Acting as a liaison between parents, educators, and management
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
  • Providing leadership and guidance to service teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
