We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to manage a portfolio of rural clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships, growing client bases through innovative ideas and advocacy, and managing a diverse range of clients in regional Australia.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with farmers and support their businesses while setting them up for future succession.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of rural clients, including agricultural and pastoralist groups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow their businesses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide expert advice on agricultural finance and risk management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in agri-banking account management or a similar rural account management role.
  • Proven ability in building, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of clients.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including credit and financial analysis.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office and data analysis tools.
  • A desire to make a difference and a passion for success.
