Guest Experience Leader

We are looking for a talented leader to create a welcoming and inclusive team environment, where every guest feels valued and supported.

This role involves leading from the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests. You will engage with team members to help them understand how their work supports store success and the company's overall objectives.

  1. Develop a positive and respectful team culture by celebrating diversity and promoting inclusivity.
  2. Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor, addressing feedback and issues in a timely manner.
  3. Manage the hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding, to build a strong and diverse team.
  4. Provide training and coaching to team members, identifying development areas and sourcing solutions using existing programs.
  5. Maintain day-to-day store operations, monitoring performance against goals and closing gaps in guest experience.
Key Qualifications
  • 1 year of people management experience.
  • 1 year of leadership experience, including operations, administration, and project management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
