Key Job Description:
As a highly skilled and organized professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior account service and content leads across multiple teams. Your responsibilities will include providing operational support, coordinating content production, and assisting with key account management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive content and operational support to senior account service and content leaders
- Ensure the smooth running of key accounts and agency functions across multiple locations
- Process supplier invoices, generate purchase orders (POs), and monitor costs
- Coordinate content production, including photoshoots and deliverable tracking
- Support website checks, magazine mail-outs, and general administrative tasks
