Field Service Professional

Join us for a role that demands dedication and technical expertise. As a Field Service Technician at our organisation, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing critical power equipment.

Our team supports the maintenance and installation of various systems including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), DC Power Systems, Diesel Generators, Harmonic Filters, Frequency Converters and Power Factor Correction Equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Travel to client sites to carry out installation, commissioning, and ongoing servicing of UPS, Generators, and power quality equipment.
  • Consult with clients to understand their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with our sales and project teams.
  • Provide clear, detailed reports and technical advice, ensuring clients understand the strengths and weaknesses of their critical power systems.

As a Field Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and develop your skills in electrical, generator servicing and repairs. You will also enjoy competitive salary based on skills and experience, 38-hour week, overtime opportunities and inclusion in our On-Call Team.

In this role, you are expected to possess strong customer focus and a commitment to quality service. You should have previous field service experience, high standards of workmanship, experience with Uninterruptible Power Supplies or generators, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, current Electrical License, Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
