This is an exciting chance to work as a dedicated IT Support Specialist in a fast-paced fintech environment.
The role combines both Level 1 & 2 end-user support and business analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience working with Microsoft 365, and a passion for developing their skills in a dynamic atmosphere.
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users on various software applications and hardware devices.
- Respond to requests through a ticketing system and troubleshoot across Microsoft 365 systems and applications.
- Set up and support Windows and Mac devices, including MS Intune and Autopilot.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline business operations.
- Assist in aligning technology with business strategy.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least two years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices.
- Proven ability in Level 1 & 2 support of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Intune/Autopilot.
- Experience working as part of a small team.
- Previous experience working with a ticketing system or equivalent.
- Relevant technical certifications or a Bachelor's Degree.
