In this visionary approach to our claims model as a start-up and disruptor to the market, we are offering a new Technical Specialist opportunity, allowing you to lend your experience to build and grow the technical expertise, operations and processes across the function.

**Responsibilities**:

- Aligned to a claims team, advise and provide general and specialised technical support to case management teams, including legislation and law changes;
- Provide decision-making capabilities involving entitlements for injured workers;
- Coach and mentor case management personnel, and collaborate with our additional Mental Health, Injury Management, Dispute Resolution and Return to Work communities of practice;
- Undertake audits and quality assurance activities on claims;
- Endore decisions and determinations on claims;
- Participate in key business projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Significant experience in technical or case management roles within a workers compensation setting, with demonstrated experience/specialisation across the aforementioned areas;
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation;
