Job Title: Fundraising Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and grants, as well as excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making an impact in medical research and have a strong understanding of the non-profit sector. They will be able to drive a strategic plan to meet revenue targets, build relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver innovative fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, trusts, and foundations
  • Create and grow corporate partnerships and sponsorships
  • Design and execute innovative fundraising events and digital campaigns
  • Write grant applications and proposals
  • Manage donor care and communications

Requirements:
