This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful engagement with high-value supporters across various Institute research projects.
The Philanthropy Leader will be responsible for executing and developing bespoke plans to retain major donors, while supporting the acquisition strategy to maintain and grow our major giving pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Philanthropy Relationship Manager to develop targeted engagement strategies for high-value supporters.
- Support prospect research to contribute towards annual acquisition targets.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure supporter communications are timely, targeted, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Track and report on the impact of philanthropic activities, demonstrating the value of donations to donors and stakeholders.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through online and face-to-face interactions.
- At least 2 years of fundraising experience or transferrable skills from other work experience.
- Experience working with mid-high value supporters and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Project management skills, using tools to manage high-stake events and projects.
- Ability to manage donor pipelines, from prospect research to cultivation.
- Degree qualifications in a relevant field.
