Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our philanthropy program, focusing on bequest giving. This strategic role requires a strong fundraising culture and diverse team environment.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in a bequest leadership position, with a deep understanding of philanthropic practices. They will also possess excellent relationship-building skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to best practice donor care and fundraising.

This role involves developing and implementing a bequest and major giving strategy and program, managing an integrated marketing approach, and cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding high-value relationships.

Closely working with the head of fundraising, communications team, and other departments, the successful candidate will contribute to delivering a best-in-class supporter experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a bequest and major giving strategy and program
  • Manage an integrated marketing approach across digital, television, and direct channels
  • Lead a pipeline of confirmed and potential donors through a strategic stewardship program
  • Collaborate with the communications team to produce marketing materials
  • Provide high-level administrative support for the bequest and major giving program
  • Contribute to delivering a best-in-class supporter experience
