What We Need from You

You will need to be comfortable working in the community, have excellent verbal communication skills, and possess an empathetic, patient and caring nature.

This role requires you to have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Community Services (Service Coordination), or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Intermediate level computer skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proven experience in operating within service delivery objectives within program guidelines.
  • Experience with aged care or demonstrated transferrable skills is highly regarded.
