About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team in Dubbo and surrounding areas. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, focusing on reablement and restorative care.
This is an opportunity to apply your clinical skills to support independent living at home, helping older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to clients under aged care funding programs.
- Work with a focus on reablement and restorative care to help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence.
- Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration.
- Ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community.
- Post graduate experience working with in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings.
