About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a welcoming and homely aged care home offering 24-hour care and support to residents.

As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will be responsible for providing person-centered clinical care that meets individual resident needs and preferences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and lead care team members to provide high-quality care.
  • Develop genuine connections with residents and their families, promoting dignity and choice.
  • Apply understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards in daily practice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Experience in a clinical leadership role and ability to work with a team.
  • An understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives and timelines.
