The Role

The Customer Success Specialist is a key member of our customer success team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience across all channels. This involves ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer service requests, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM database
  • Collaborate with colleagues to grow and nurture customer relationships
  • Drive customer retention and growth through proactive relationship building
  • Optimise customer support processes through the use of available technologies and systems

About You

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer support environment
  • Knowledge of subscription models and customer retention strategies
  • Experience in creating measures to improve customer experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
