Customer Success Expansion Specialist

Are you a sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry? As our Customer Success Expansion Specialist, you'll be responsible for promoting our high-quality oil products to mechanics and aftermarket trade businesses. Your mission is to expand our customer base, build strong relationships, and keep clients coming back with your savvy sales approach and product expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Success: Achieve financial targets and grow accounts across your territory.
- Collaborate for Growth: Work with Client Managers and Technical BDMs to maximize Key Account performance.
- Build Customer Loyalty: Establish lasting relationships with customers while exploring new opportunities.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold our standards of conduct and manage risk effectively.
- Industry Experience: Sales or customer service experience in automotive oil, lubrication, or aftermarket trade is a plus.
- Relationship Builder: A people person with a knack for connecting and building trust.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, email, and CRM systems.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong time management and planning skills.
- Self-Motivated: A driven self-starter who thrives under pressure.
- On the Road: Valid Australian driver's license and a reliable car.

Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of AUD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a hybrid work model, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including access to discounts across a range of client products and early Friday finish at 3pm.
