Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage standard product projects, ensuring engineering and procurement requirements are met.
  • Provide technical guidance to operational workshops, internal sales, and vendors.
  • Ensure technical project requirements are incorporated into final design and documentation.
  • Support engineering and drafting coordinators and other team members.
  • Coordinate and compile basic design information for external consultants and stakeholders.
  • Chair regular meetings with internal project staff and external consultants.

Requirements

  • Relevant engineering diploma or trade qualification.
  • Experience with ERP systems in a production planning environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in multi-commodities, including hard rock and coal, is an advantage.
  • A positive approach toward continuous safety improvements.
