**Job Title:** Product and Change Management Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer-centric projects, including larger in-business change initiatives. You will support the contact centre across multiple sites, impacted by change across the bank, as well as various business-as-usual projects within the contact centre designed to meet customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Change management and project implementation expertise, with experience tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills, enabling influence over other teams for project success
  • Ability to use data to drive insight and continuous improvement, preferably using Jira and Confluence, along with Agile methodology
  • Familiarity with Amazon Connect is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer-centred projects, ensuring successful outcomes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to meet their needs and maximize the value of work performed for Customer Contact
  • Represent Customer Contact in enterprise forums, build business cases, and write initiative canvases for improvements
  • Act as a Product Owner, working closely with stakeholders to ensure squads deliver relevant content in each iteration/release
