The Position

  • Title: Change Manager
  • Salary per year: $110,000 - $145000 excluding superannuation (dependent upon experience)
  • FTE / Hours per fortnight: 1 FTE – 76 hour per fortnight
  • Employment Status: Ongoing
  • Location: Bendigo
  • Other Requirements: Employee Working With Children Check, National Police Check (or valid VIT) Drivers License
  • Potential start date: October 2025


About The CESL Office

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.

About You

  • Skilled in applying various change management methodologies across complex projects, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of ERP systems and their integration across organisational workflows, with hands-on experience supporting successful system adoptions.
  • Able to design and implement effective training programs in collaboration with implementation partners, ensuring end-user readiness and confidence.
  • Experienced in monitoring and evaluating enterprise-wide initiatives, measuring success against organisational goals and performance benchmarks.
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to embrace change and overcome resistance.

  • Ideally holds a degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, or a related field, along with Change Management certifications.

Magnify Sandhurst

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese.

Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment.

Magnify Sandhurst is set to transform learning for students with more specific and explicit teaching practices, bringing greater consistency and a more predictable and effective education experience for all students.

The Magnify Sandhurst program combines evidence-based practices in teaching and learning to support each student's unique needs, strengths, and goals, focusing on strengthening core areas like literacy and numeracy, building supportive classroom environments, and integrating Catholic values in daily learning.
