Key Role: Product Improvement Manager

This role plays a crucial part in enhancing our products and processes, ensuring we meet our obligations and deliver value to our stakeholders.

The position involves collaborating with the Senior Manager, Product Delivery to prepare committee papers and foster relationships with external stakeholders. You will also contribute to the preparation of business cases for new products or enhancements to existing ones, working closely with the Senior Manager for presentation to senior leadership for approval and prioritization.

About the Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team in improving their risk capabilities by focusing on enhancing processes and controls.
  • Contributing to the development of committee papers and fostering relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Preparing business cases for new products or enhancements to existing ones, in consultation with the Senior Manager.
  • Fostering innovation and lateral thinking to improve products and processes.

About You:

  • You will have excellent time management skills and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • You will possess a sound understanding of the legal and regulatory environment for Financial Services.
  • You will have knowledge of the Bank's project management methodology and the Product Lifecycle Framework.
  • You will have experience in project or change management, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • You will be an innovative and adaptable individual with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
