**About the role**

Based at any of our Head Office locations, this permanent, full time** Product Improvement Manager **role reports to the **Senior** **Manager, Product Delivery **with key responsibilities relating to supporting the team lift its risk capabilities focusing on improving the processes and controls in place. The role involves contributing to the preparation of committee papers and fostering external stakeholders. The role plays a pivotal role in assisting the Senior Manager, Product delivery in ensuring we meet our obligations through the various action plans across the Group.

The role also extends to supporting other Product and Analysis areas to prepare business cases for new products or enhancements to products in consultation with the Senior Manager for presentation to Senior leadership for approval and prioritisation. This extends to regular reviews of products, processes and policies to capture and implement opportunities for improvements in line with the Product Lifecycle Framework. Finally, the role requires that you will be an advocate of and embed the Product Lifecycle Framework across the Group.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Sound understanding of legal and regulatory environment for Financial Services
- Understanding of the Bank's project management methodology
- Understanding of the Bank's Product Lifecycle Framework
- Project or change management experience.
- Exceptional time management skills
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- High level numerical calculation and reasoning
- Innovative and lateral thinker
- Well-developed problem-solving abilities
- Highly adaptable with ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
