Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive change strategy for strategic initiatives, including a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) rollout.

  • This pivotal role requires driving adoption and minimising disruption, aligning people and processes to deliver lasting organisational impact.
About the Role

This exciting full-time, ongoing position reports to the Head of Program Delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying various change management methodologies across complex projects
  • Designing and implementing effective training programs in collaboration with implementation partners
  • Meting success against organisational goals and performance benchmarks

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An in-depth understanding of ERP systems and their integration across organisational workflows
  • Hands-on experience supporting successful system adoptions
  • A degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, or a related field, along with Change Management certifications
