About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Service Specialist to join our Customer Support team at Intercom. As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers
- Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution
- Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about how Intercom works and what it is capable of
- Working directly with product teams to identify current issues and offer informed opinions on potential solutions

Requirements:
- Solid understanding of tech fundamentals and modern day tools

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and utilize resources
- Ability to take on and action feedback
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience working in a troubleshooting environment
- Understanding of web technologies and concepts
