**Job Description for Field Service Specialist at Talent Focus**

The Field Service Specialist is a key role in our company, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of compressed air and nitrogen plant equipment in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Maintenance: Carry out routine and breakdown servicing of gas generation and air filtration systems, as well as associated equipment, in accordance with technical requirements and specifications.
  • Installation of New Equipment: Install new and refurbished plant, ensuring that installation, commissioning, and testing activities comply with internal and third-party specifications, including legislative requirements, standards, and industry codes.
  • Sales Support: Assist with identifying capital equipment sales opportunities and providing quotes to customers in a timely manner.
  • Paperwork and Administration: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and on time, in accordance with company policy.

Requirements:

  • A high level of integrity, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • At least 3 years of solid field service experience in a technical environment, preferably in the Air Compressor industry.
  • An electrical disconnect/reconnect license (desirable).
  • Flexible approach, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide effective solutions for customers.
  • Ability to liaise with other departments and seek relevant training and information as required.

**Salary Information:** The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
