Senior Legal Advisor and Governance Expert

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in legal, company secretarial, and loss recoveries portfolios. You will work closely with senior management to provide strategic guidance on compliance matters and manage a team of professionals.

You will be responsible for managing a direct report and becoming a key member of the Executive Committee. As part of a diverse global community, you will have opportunities for knowledge sharing, learning, and support.

Requirements:
  • Post-admission experience, preferably in-house for a large corporation or top-tier firm.
  • Ability to apply legal concepts in a practical and commercial way.
  • Experience in the automotive finance industry or finance industry generally is preferred.
  • Admission in New Zealand or ability to start the admission process.
