Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Marketing & Lead Generation
    • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract top psychiatrists and advertise our services to referring GPs and other primary care professionals.
    • Create high-quality content that promotes job openings and showcases our compelling offer and strong community.
    • Identify and generate leads of qualified psychiatrists and mental health professionals through various sources, including conferences, digital marketing, and recruitment agencies.
    • Make initial pitches to potential leads, highlighting the value of partnering with our clinic.
  2. Content Creation & Communications
    • Develop engaging content tailored to recruit psychiatrists and engage other referring doctors.
    • Write and edit content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, email newsletters, social media, and press releases, with a strong focus on psychiatry and mental health topics.
    • Craft clear, compelling messaging that resonates with both medical professionals and the general public.

    • Analyse marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.
    • Maintain and grow our digital presence, including website updates, social media management, and email marketing.
  5. Brand Development & Strategy
    • Ensure that all marketing materials and communications are aligned with the company's brand identity.
    • Lead efforts to build and strengthen our brand within the mental health and psychiatry field.
    • Identify new opportunities for growth and engagement through market research and trend analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications for professional services – preferably with both B2B and B2B2C experience. Healthcare or mental health experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to make compelling initial pitches, secure key meetings, and successfully follow up until partnership agreements are finalised.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills with a focus on healthcare or psychiatry-related topics.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including managing SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Event planning and coordination experience, particularly for recruitment or business development events.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in recruitment marketing, specifically in healthcare, is a plus.
