Job Title: Chief Development Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to join our team as Chief Development Director. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships that support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve targets and deliver results.
  • Nurture and grow high-value relationships with foundations, trusts, and corporate partners to secure grant income and impact investment capital.
  • Oversee marketing and data analytics functions to achieve awareness, engagement, and fundraising goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to build authentic relationships with stakeholders and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in the financial services sector and/or impact investment highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
