Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to join our team at Waverley. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our accommodation services, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

  • Catering management and coordination

  • Strong finance experience in aged care
  • Legislative compliance and risk management
  • Team management and leadership
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Occupancy management and resident engagement
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in health, particularly in client/case management, quality management, incident management, and resolution
  • Experience working in an aged care environment
  • Knowledge of the changing environment in the health sector, including funding, supplier markets, and emerging trends in service delivery
  • Exemplary customer service skills and experience in holistic customer care needs
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality
  • Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Commercial acumen and ability to develop business growth strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Participation in networking and continuous professional development
  • Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety
