About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Manager to join our Central Trading Unit at oOh Media. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic partnerships with key media agencies and direct clients.

Your primary focus will be on driving growth through effective trading and negotiation of media deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both oOh Media and its partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the internal sales team, media agencies, and direct clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Trading Strategy: Collaborate with the core Trading team and product solutions to develop and execute trading strategies that drive revenue growth across key partnership clients.
  • Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Build the trading strategy and support the sales team with negotiations for large-scale media deals, ensuring competitive trading terms that meet both oOh Media's and partners' objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for business development within existing and potential partnerships, focusing on expanding media spend and market share.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to align on product offerings, ensure the execution of deals, and leverage cross-team insights for partner success.
  • Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and client needs to inform trading decisions and provide proactive solutions. Support the Sales team in market discussions on trading conditions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of trading deals and partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders on outcomes, efficiencies, and areas for improvement. Ensure all Partnership bonus and concessions are pacing inline with Partnership requirements. Implement regular WIP cadence with Sales to assist in delivering. Produce various reporting (excel, PPT) and deliver data insights and analysis to the wider team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in media sales, trading, or partnership management within the media industry. Preferably with out of home experience.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills with a track record of delivering high-value outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships both internally and with media agencies and clients.
  • Excellent understanding of the media landscape, particularly Out of Home (OOH) advertising.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure tracking, reporting, and delivery of Partnership matrix along with post-sale tracking is maintained and accurate.
