Job Description

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Grain Site Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day workflow of the site, supporting attract, select, train, and develop permanent and casual team members. They will also assist in developing and maintaining relationships with growers, customers, local community groups and internal stakeholders.

  • Assist the Site Manager to implement and review site budget, participate in site financial planning, and achieve site targets (e.g., $/tonne targets, road haulage rates, receival/outload KPIs)
  • Support resource planning for grain receival / outload activity during peak and off-peak periods
  • Support planning and execution of scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, grain protection, safety and quality activities and related reporting
  • Supervise a large seasonal workforce during busy harvest intake periods, including at multiple sites

  • Experience in supervising teams, good communication skills, time management, and IT literacy
