Job Opportunity: Applications Support Analyst

The role of the Applications Support Analyst is to provide timely and effective assistance to users by troubleshooting and resolving incidents, errors, and service requests. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, as well as knowledge of middleware and integration technologies.

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to implement and upgrade systems, ensuring seamless integrations and resolving any arising issues. As an Applications Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Triage of escalated incidents and provision of workarounds to users in a prompt fashion.
  • Assisting with system upgrades and integrations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of incident resolution and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in delivery, software support, or development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ITIL qualifications and certifications in relevant fields are desirable.
