Job Description

The role of Senior Consultant Loyalty entails driving customer centricity, fostering innovation and creating strong relationships with customers. This position requires a Customer Obsession mindset and experience in Loyalty and Rewards.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to simplification and velocity in delivery through disciplined execution focus. You will support the development of a market leading loyalty proposition to drive growth in customers, deposits & Bank of Choice.

Responsibilities include delivering on the strategic roadmap and evolution of Personal Everyday Banking loyalty offers and rewards program, NAB Goodies. Additionally, you will support planning, testing, design and execution of loyalty propositions to reward and recognise priority customer segments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in similar Senior Consultant Loyalty Programs, coupled with ability to drive ideas & innovation, customer strategy and execution.
  • Financial modelling experience along with proven analytical and evidence-based decision making skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile Ways of Working.
  • Ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders, possessing high degree of business acumen.
