
Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to drive exceptional customer experiences across public and private chat domains. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing a national team of social media agents who provide customer service via chat on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat.
- Manage operational resourcing and ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and quality assurance standards.
- Coach and develop your team to deliver impactful customer interactions and lead a team whose work is highly visible across public platforms.
You will work closely with Marketing, Risk, and external partners to uphold our brand and reputational standards, and play a key role in managing escalated complaints and supporting vulnerable customers.
About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent position open to candidates based in any office across Australia, with a preference for those located in Sydney or Brisbane.
