Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to drive exceptional customer experiences across public and private chat domains. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing a national team of social media agents who provide customer service via chat on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat.

  1. Manage operational resourcing and ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and quality assurance standards.
  2. Coach and develop your team to deliver impactful customer interactions and lead a team whose work is highly visible across public platforms.

You will work closely with Marketing, Risk, and external partners to uphold our brand and reputational standards, and play a key role in managing escalated complaints and supporting vulnerable customers.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position open to candidates based in any office across Australia, with a preference for those located in Sydney or Brisbane.

You are a digitally savvy leader with a strong background in customer service and social media engagement. Your ability to navigate digital channels, interpret data, and manage operational workflows will be key to delivering business outcomes.
